I saw cmd flash up then close multiple times. Adware was installed including a process called Ping that would play audio advertisements would show back up in processes after killing it. Multiple garbage applications were installed. I ran scans on it just to make sure and everything came back ok. A couple of days ago I downloaded an installer for a program that looked credible.
I tried looking for my Transaction ID in my email to perhaps get a refund for this Bundle, but I seem to have trouble finding it, even after reading how to find Transaction IDs on their website, what should I do?
